What personal data we collect and why we collect them
When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the information displayed in the comment form as well as the visitor’s IP address and user agent string to help detect spam messages.
Terms of purchase for consumers apply when you as a consumer order goods from ArcticShop.se. By ordering, you accept these terms.

How long we keep your information

We collect information about you during the checkout process in our store.
What we collect and store
While visiting our website, we will track:
- Products you have shown: we use this to, for example, show you products that you have recently looked at
- Location information, IP address and browser type: we use this for purposes such as VAT calculation and shipping costs
- Delivery address: we ask you to enter this so that we, for example, can calculate shipping before you order, and send you the order!
When you purchase from us, we ask you to provide us with information that includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, credit card information / payment information and any account information such as username and password. We use this information for purposes such as:
- Send information to you about your account and your order
- Answer your questions, including repurchases and complaints

We accept payments through Klarna. When we process payments, some of your information will be sent to Klarna, including information required to process or provide support for the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
When you place an order in Klarna Cashier as the selected payment method, information about the products in orders (name, price, quantity, SKU) is sent to Klarna. When the purchase is complete, Klarna sends your billing and delivery address back to the online store. This data plus a unique identifier for the purchase is then stored as billing and shipping data in the order in WooCommerce.
SCHENKER & POSTNORD – THE MOST COMMON METHOD OF DELIVERY
The goods are picked up at the nearest service point. Delivery time is normally within
2-6 days with reservation for periods with a lot of orders. NOTE! . When you got yours SMS notification it is important that you pick up the package as soon as possible. Food consignments that have not been collected on time or are returned will not be reimbursed. Orders exceeding 995 SEK are delivered free of charge within Sweden. For large packages such as pallets, etc. there may be a shipping fee. NOTE! when ordering handicrafts, your order can take up to 14 days if we do not have it in stock.
Special increased shipping fee depending on which country you order from for international packages, you see the fee at checkout when you order. The customer is responsible for collecting the package on time and any contact with the customs in their own country. Returned packages that have not been picked up, ArcticShop.se reserves the right to charge customer costs for shipping, administration (currently SEK 500). Additional costs will be added if you ordered glow captioning or laser engraving on your products. Food shipments abroad that have not been picked up on time or are returned will not be reimbursed. The customer must within 10 days after the customer has received a delivery notice by email contact ArcticShop.se if the customer has not received the shipment. We reserve the right to reject the order for foreign orders if the shipping cost becomes too expensive.
TERMS OF PURCHASE
NOT COLLECTED GOODS
If you have not picked up the package after 10 days, ArcticShop.se reserves the right to charge customer costs for shipping and administration (currently 350 SEK). Additional costs will be added if you ordered glow captioning or laser engraving on your products. Food consignments that have not been collected on time or are returned will not be reimbursed.
ArcticShop.se is responsible for any shipping damage between our warehouse and your nearest service point alt. home address depending on order form. Report the damage directly to us when you pick up the package or receive it
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / OPEN PURCHASE
You as a customer with us have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods. All goods are subject to open purchase except goods that are laser engraved, hand engraved or food. It is your responsibility that the product arrives to us in undamaged condition. Upon approved return, the amount will be refunded. Always contact us before returning goods.
If you have received a discount code to use, enter it at checkout under discount codes. NOTE ! You can not use several discount codes at the same time. Orders exceeding SEK 1,000 are sent free of charge within Sweden.
COMPLAINTS – REMARKS
Should we deliver the wrong number or the wrong item, we are keen that you notify us as soon as possible or no later than within 10 days, so that we can correct the error. Always contact us at email@example.com
Products where you have chosen personal engraving will not be returned due. you do not like the engraving.
